3/4 c. sour cream
1 1/3 c. mayo
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
4 oz. gorgonzola cheese (or you can use blue cheese)
In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayo and Worcestershire sauce. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir in cheese. Cover, refrigerate for anywhere between 6-24 hours before serving.
*Note, I use light mayo and light sour cream.
